Of course you can do small or larger amounts to suit your needs. Soak the beans in water for 12 hours in a jar with 1/8″ holes drilled in the lid to drain the water off. Drain and rinse and drain for 3 days then when they have a 3/4-1 inch roots transfer them to the 10X20 planting tray with holes for drainage and set in a solid 10 X20 at an angles so they an drain as you water them every day. Get a 7″ plastic terrarium cover that fits the 10X20 planting tray. First few days leave the vent holes on the cover closed to keep the humidity in than each day open the venting more till day 4 open all the way and add lighting on day 4 to green up the sprouts before feeding. So give them a healthy treat that they will love.
