The “Buzz” cultivar was developed in England by Thompson and Morgan as a compact, non-invasive variety. Davidii Buzz is sterile and reaches 3-5′ tall by 2-3′ wide, making it the perfect patio shrub. Though the bush takes up less space than the typical Buddleja, the flowers are still 6-8″ long, fragrant, and in bloom from June-September. This plant attracts bees and butterflies and will tolerate any well-drained soil. In ideal conditions, planted in the ground, these perennials will live up to 10 years. Container shrubs may require transplanting after a few years. Buzz is low-maintenance and hardy in zones 5-9. *** Each plant come in a 3 1/4″ or 4″ pot. *** Growing Tips:1.
