In winter they get a slight bronze color on the tips. Leyland Cypress is disease resistant and deer resistant. The Leyland Cypress grows to a height of 60-70 ft. and a spread of 15-25 feet at maturity. This tree grows at a fast rate, with height increases of more than 2 ft. per year.
