These Grandfather peach trees average about 3 feet tall and were grown in the humid subtropical environment near the North Florida state line. They make peaches with the golden yellow flesh instead of the silver white flesh , so it has the more traditional peach flavor . Remember to prune the top of these trees if you want these trees to grow wide instead of tall after they grow larger.
