This is how I started an entire group of them from just one mother plant! And it can be grown in most any area as I’ve successfully grown it in hot humid & even rainy conditions, freezing cold conditions (in a cheap greenhouse with just a UV lamp) & outside in the cold where it just hides under leaves & other plants for warmth, and I’m now rooting & growing hydroponically as well with no maintenance.
