2 Purple swedish ivy plectranthus LIVE PLANTS Passion Plant FREE SHIPPING $$!!

THIS is a sale for 2 rooted starter plants from the plant in the pictures 3+” with 10 or more leaves FREE SHIPPING !! Swedish Ivy Botanical Name: Plectranthus species Swedish ivy house plants are ideal for beginners. Nearly foolproof, this is one of the easiest types of ivy to grow indoors. In fact, it needs little attention to thrive. This bushy plant has thick stems that grow upright at first, then trail over the sides of a container. Put it in a hanging basket to show off its thickly leaved cascading stems. Swedish ivy has rounded leaves that are deeply veined with scalloped edges. P. australis is a variety with solid green foliage. The variegated types are more commonly grown as house plants. You can expect pale lavender or white flowers to appear in spring or summer, but they’re not nearly as showy as the foliage. Keep it moist, not soggy. This plant grows best with evenly moist soil during the growing season. Take care not to allow the soil to become soggy, which can cause root rot. Cut back on water in the winter, when growth has slowed. But don’t allow it to dry out completely. Pinch and prune. This vigorous grower needs regular pruning to keep it in shape. After the flowers fade, pinch back stem tips to encourage branching. You’ll get a fuller, bushier plant this way. Propagate the stem tips, if you like. They root easily and you’ll have new plants. You can prune your plant back by as much as half at a time — you won’t hurt this robust plant at all.Swedish Ivy Plant Care Tips Origin: Northern Australia, Pacific Islands Height: To 3 ft (90 cm) Light: Bright, indirect light. Creeping Charlie Plant Evergreen GROUND IVY Glechoma Hederacea live vine plant

I am selling Creeping Charlie vine. 24” of vine with 20+ growing nodes. A node on a vine is a leaf sprout with hair roots. They may be divided into individual plants under greenhouse conditions, but I prefer just laying in the vine, top dressing it, and keeping it moist. Charlie is an evergreen vine down to 20-30°F. The last pictures are creeping Charlie flowering in the spring in my garden now, May 20 This is a low light/shade vine plant with shallow roots. If moisture is present, it can tolerate full sun. It prefers moist conditions. Vine may contain moss, after all, it too loves wet ground. When the vine arrives plant in broken up soil at ground level with a light top dressing, peat is excellent. Keep moist until the roots set. Mist the vine daily if necessary or cover until the shallow roots are established. In drier conditions, it is best to cover the vine with a dome until the plants are established. Being in the mint family it is easily identifiable by the square stem. Rabbits won’t eat them!!! Creeping Charlie is easily identified by its growth habit. This plant grows close to the ground and usually forms a mat-like ground cover. The long stems have nodes where the leaves grow and these nodes will form roots if they come in contact with the soil. The kidney-shaped leaves tend to be shiny green and have scalloped edges. Creeping Charlie is well-noted for its rapid growth after the plant stops flowering.
