A sunflower-like tree that prefers to grow in part shade. Rich, moist, and well-drained soils are what it prefers. It has large tropical leaves that provide a beautiful background for the flowers in early spring. The white-scented flowers have a daisy-like bloom that can start sideways or up and gradually shine down. It can be grown indoors in a container.
