A native of Brazil, this delicious and uber juicy berry, is unique in appearance with its ribbed body, and its flavor that conveys a strong, bright, sweetness. Some are sensitive to its slight resiny flavor, but they may be picking it too soon. We wait until the berry is a deeper red and soft, and can eat them by the bowlful.
