Valerian (valerian officinalis) is a herbaceous perennial which will flower the second year, at about 5 ft tall, with white flowers. Valerian prefers full sun to part shade with moist good draining soil. Zone 4-9 perennial. Shipped in a smaller 2×3 inch pot. One plant/pot per order. Shipped USPS. Plant after no more frosts are expected. Will go dormant in Fall and return next year even after -20° winters.
