This Chestnut Mushroom, Pholiota adiposa, liquid culture is perfect for those who love to grow their own gourmet mushrooms. These gourmet mushrooms have a snap when bent, a rich nutty flavor that is sweet, too. They are amazing when cooked fresh, but can also be dried to store them.
