Plant size: When planted in the ground or a suitably large container, Carolina Reaper plants grow to be approximately 5 feet tall and 4 feet wide.Growing the Carolina Reaper is almost as easy as most other peppers and vegetables, though they do like a warm germination period, and need a long growing season and lots of sun to grow the hottest pods in the world.HOW DO YOU PLANT REAPER SEEDS: Place the Carolina Reaper seeds in sterile media and cover 1/4” deep. Then, we provide 85°F bottom heat using a seedling heat mat, and bright light, keeping the seeds moist at all times. Seeds will typically germinate in 7-21 days, but be patient, sometimes it takes longer!Sow seeds in flats or pots 8 to 10 weeks prior to the expected outdoor planting date. Sow them shallowly, around 1/4 inch deep. Hot peppers, and especially super-hot peppers, have a well-earned reputation for being finicky to germinate, but you can increase germination rates by providing bottom heat.ABOUT CAROLINA REAPER PEPPERS: The Carolina Reaper is a cultivar of the Capsicum Chinense plant. Developed by South Carolina breeder Ed Currie, the pepper is red and gnarled, with a bumpy texture and small pointed tail. The Carolina Reaper comes from the Capsicum Chinense species of chili pepper and gets in the Guinness Book of Records at 1.5 million Scovilles - the measurement scale of how spicy a chili gets. The Carolina Reaper has a sweet and fruity flavor LISTING IS FOR 10-SEEDS Sincerely,Scott & MelissaUnique Primtiques Custom WoodworkingUnique Creek Homestead
