Heirloom BEEFSTEAK Tomato The Beefsteak is an old slicer from way back! Prolific 4 to 6 foot (or taller, from our experience) plants produce a moderate amount of 10 to 16oz fruits, This variety is indeterminate, meaning it will vine, and produce fruit until frost. Great flavor, one of our all time favorite slicers, great for sandwiches, or burgers, or as a healthy snack, right off the plant. All our seeds are NON GMO, heirloom, or open pollinated, meaning that seeds can be saved from these varieties and replanted year after year, offering the same fruit each season! By saving seeds, you allow the plant to take in all the climate data it accumulates over the years, and with each passing year, the plants should do better and better, as they are more prepared for your climate. All seeds are grown and harvested by hand without the use of harsh chemical fertilizers or pesticides on our small family farm nestled up next to the Mad River is NCW Washington state.
