This sweet Japanese pepper is thin-walled and glossy bright green. The fruits are slender, tapered and grow to 6" in length. It is very easy to grow, produces good quality and prolific harvests.COOKING: I LOVE fixing these peppers seared in the skillet in extra virgin olive oil or stuffed with cream cheese then add Italian seasoning, a little sprinkle of salt and cover in Mozzarella cheese baked in the oven! Delicious!Start seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost and transplant into garden well after the danger of frost. Keep seedlings moist but do not overwater. Transplants should be initially watered in well, and plants will be most productive with regular irrigation and full sun.Sow seeds in flats or pots 8 to 10 weeks prior to the expected outdoor planting date. Sow them shallowly, around 1/4 inch deep. Hot peppers, and especially super-hot peppers, have a well-earned reputation for being finicky to germinate, but you can increase germination rates by providing bottom heat (highly suggested).ABOUT THESE SEEDS: Freshly harvested each Fall season here on our homestead. LISTING IS FOR 10-SEEDS Sincerely,Scott & MelissaUnique Primtiques Custom WoodworkingUnique Creek Homestead
