This is a 14-year-old *Fraxinus velutina* (Velvet Ash, Arizona Ash, or Modesto Ash), grown from seed. I have shaped the trunk and trimmed the top; the areas where I applied the shaping can be used later for bark stripping—though leaving them as-is creates a beautiful, rugged texture. I also recently pruned back all the branches to reduce the tree's size. You can simply leave it as it is; there is no need to wire or shape the branches unless you wish to do so. I will tidy it up for you before shipping, but I am showing it in its current state so you can see how vigorously and healthily it is growing. Please note that this is a final sale; the tree cannot be returned.
