Murashige and Skoog salts: with macronutrients, micronutrients, glycine, and vitamins. Contains myo-inositol, and all three B-vitamins. DOES NOT CONTAIN AGAR. DOES NOT CONTAIN SUGAR. DOES NOT CONTAIN GROWTH REGULATORS. This is salts-and-vitamins ONLY. The amount we add is as labeled: if you purchase individually-prepared quantities (i.e., 1 liter) then you can pour out the powder, add distilled water, and wash out to remove every last milligram. If labeled for more than 1 liter, then you will need a balance (to 0.01 gram, preferably 0.001 gram) to weigh out individual quantities. This is based on Murashige and Skoog salt base. Inexpensive and reliable. Please note: Tissue culture is a technical matter. If you are not familiar with the process, I recommend looking up some videos on YouTube, and doing some web searches for more information before buying media. With >20 years of technical skill in plant tissue culture I can probably answer specific questions, but I probably can't teach you all of plant tissue culture via the eBay message system.
