300+ Dandelion Seeds (Taraxacum officinale), from my yard, organic, non-GMO. Dandelions are important plants for bees and other pollinators, providing them a valuable source of nectar and pollen early in the season each year. They become a hardy perennial in U.S. zones 3 - 9 after the seeds establish. Planting is as easy as scattering your seeds over a prepared area of ground, lightly tamp them in (you can use your foot to do this part), cover very lightly with dirt and then water. Dandelions have been used by humans for food and as an herbfor much of recorded history. They were well known to the ancient Egyptians, Greeks and Romans, and have also been recorded to have been used in traditional Chinese medicinefor over a thousand years. After being introduced to North America by early the European settlers, the North American native tribes also used them for as a food source and for medicinal uses. Every part of the plant except the stem is capable of being eaten by humans. Your seeds will come with and without the little fluffy wisps attached. You may see little bits of flower debris in the packet, but those are not included in the total seed count. Only shipping within the ContinentalUS.
