For sale is a quarter of a teaspoon of arctium lappa seeds, also known as greater burdock, common burdock, burdock, and nightmare lol. These things are a nightmare when you get them on your clothing, but they are such a sustainable food that they're worth growing. Very nutritious roots with a ton of health benefits including purifying your blood. Burdock can be cooked much like carrots and potatoes and other root vegetables.
