Limaní is one of the most relevant coffees in Puerto Rico as it is resistant to rust, has a high yield and adapts well to low and medium altitudes. This is a Sarchimor line, a cross between the Timor Hybrid 832/2 and Villa Sarchí, with notes of fresh citrus and some nutty nuances. Take the seedbeds and fill them with compost. Open a 1cm hole in each section of the seedbed, one for each seed. Insert the seeds into the holes. ... Water the seedbeds frequently, once a day. ... Wait between 2 and 6 months for the seed to germinate.
